Richard and Diane Hills have been involved in theatre and re-enactment for the better part of their lives. Richard has formal training in stage performing, while Diane focused her attentions to behind the curtain, and directing.

They attribute their love for re-enactment to their love of the medieval and renaissance time period, having fallen in love with the stories of King Arthur and JRR Tolkien at very early ages.
